House Industries Introduces House Archive Boxes

House Industries introduces the House Archive Box, a new twist on an old idea that brings the foldable storage box out of the closet or storage facility and into contemporary living areas and workspaces.

House Industries designers completely re-imagined the classic corrugated document storage box, spending endless hours tweaking die designs to arrive at a bulletproof yet beautiful storage solution. With secure locking seams, robust construction, smooth tops, stackable flat bottoms and crisp artwork, House Archive boxes are designed to provide practical and affordable storage while working as complementary interior furnishings.

The first edition of the Archive Box features three different versions: a pattern based on House‚Äôs Neutraface Slab typeface, huge high-contrast numbers from Photo-Lettering’s Benguiat Montage alphabet and a typographic brace motif. Keeping with House Industries tradition, no expense was spared to reproduce the three distinctive designs.

“We sweated every detail so the boxes would be inexpensive enough to keep on hand for hoarding emergencies but beautiful enough to mix it up in your carefully curated interior space,” said House Industries founder Andy Cruz. “They’re also a great canvas for our huge alphabet library, new artwork and future artist collaborations.”

Each set of three boxes sell for $38. The House Archive Boxes are available from House Industries and from select retailers worldwide.
