Paperback is both a heartwarming and heartbreaking story of a strapping young signpainter from the plains of Iowa who was beckoned by the scintillating sinfulness of Las Vegas with the promise of quick money to be earned plying his trade. Little did he know that this new world would be a bottomless pit of passion where exotic showgirls would overflow with womanly want at the sight of bulging biceps built by years of shoveling grain and stacking hay bales. It didn’t take long for these voluptuous vixens to notice other protrusions as they sized up their quarry. His wants satiated by these sumptuous sirens, our young hero enjoyed a newfound focus with which he embarked on an ambitious typographical conquest now known as Paperback.
