I still remember going to the local Apple Authorized Dealer to pick up Karatka and seeing a brand new Macintosh with a 3.5” floppy drive. Much like every new iPod, the new 3.5” disks seemed like the future and made the 5.25” disk I was buying seem hopelessly old.
If you’ve ever wondered why you can’t fit the Street Van CD into the disk compartment in the back of the actual Street Van packaging, it’s because the van was made for one of these. We apparently planned on 4.32 megabytes of fonts in the future with our three disk label.
